Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, providing top-notch customer service, loan approvals, and support to our customers during overnight hours (11pm-7am). You will serve as an intermediary between potential clients and our financial institution, ensuring that qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner while protecting our organization's credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Loan Approvals and Processing: Analyze, appraise, and verify loan applications, originating loans, and making payment arrangements as needed.
- Communication and Documentation: Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts, using basic business math to solve problems, and speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Technical Skills: Utilize multiple software systems to perform initial approval of potential borrowers, review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans, and follow up with customers to clarify important points.
- Performance Goals: Meet monthly individual goals as set by management, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Essential Qualifications
Education
