What to Expect: Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our clients, providing them with exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, to ensure that complex issues are addressed by the relevant teams.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Providing feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our customer service.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual team environment, with minimal supervision.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- A High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
