Job Overview

As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in creating raving fans for our brand by providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, live chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers via phone, live chat, and email, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and come up with creative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service and driving business growth.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer data.
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or e-commerce sector.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a remote 4-day weekend shift position, with a 10-hour shift per day. The schedule is as follows:

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time.
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time.
  • Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time.
  • Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time.

You'll need to provide a secure, quiet, and distraction-free workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection. We'll provide all the necessary equipment and tools to support your success in this role.
