                        Activity Assistant - Part time -Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The Activity Assistant is responsible for facilitating activities that enhance the psycho-social well being of the resident. They will be conducting various activities that will help promote brain stimulation, exercise, and friendships. They will be required to document according to Department of Health regulation. The position will work closely with the RN’s, Med Techs, CNA’s, Therapy Team and Directors to create the best possible experience for each resident.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency.
 - One year experience with seniors in a long term care setting
 - Must be able to meet minimum physical requirements as required by facility policies
 - Must enjoy working with the senior community!
 - May be required to work some nights or weekends.
 - CNA License (Preferred)
 - COVID-19 Vaccine Required
