Job Overview

As a Body Coach at Stretchplex, you will play a vital role in delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, massage, personal training, and compression therapy to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, tailoring each session to meet their unique needs and goals
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, providing guidance and support to help them achieve optimal mobility and flexibility
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service, sales, and marketing efforts
• Manage client care, including booking appointments, updating client notes, and maximizing client utilization of sessions and membership
• Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to Stretchplex policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings, educational presentations, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and industry developments
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, as well as contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the company
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as a Body Coach at Stretchplex, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission. These include:

• A passion for boutique wellness environments and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• A preferred background in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, Pilates, or yoga instruction
• Experience working in a fitness or health environment, with a focus on hands-on training and client interaction
• A fitness certification and/or a 4-year degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
• Availability to complete our comprehensive Body Coach Training Program, which includes online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
