Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operations: Perform highly repetitive types of short cycle machine operations, including adding and removing product, and making minor adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Machine Set-ups: Complete machine set-ups based on product line, including teardown and setup of required tooling, to ensure efficient production.
  • Quality Control: Inspect product quality and ensure product specification, tracking and entering all necessary information related to quality, throughput, and downtime into systems such as SAP.
  • Material Management: Check and arrange for availability of materials and tools for workstation, ensuring a smooth production process.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing production requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production or operations role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery, with the ability to learn and adapt to new equipment and procedures.
