About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to Pro customers, responding to their queries, and providing expert advice on products and services.

  • Demonstrate Lowe's product and service offerings to Pro customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Meet store sales goals and contribute to the growth of the ProServices division.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and achieve team objectives.
  • Network with professionals in your community, building relationships and promoting Lowe's ProServices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred, but not necessary - we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs unassisted.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
