The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and strategic experiential marketing strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and growth. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of B2B experiential programming, including trade shows, partner events, and local community activations. The Head of Experiential Marketing will also be tasked with creating and executing influencer event strategies, pre and post-event content, and will work closely with analytics teams to measure the impact of events on ROI and brand metrics. A key aspect of the role is leadership and team development, as well as overseeing agency, vendor, and budget management to ensure the quality and effectiveness of experiential marketing initiatives.
Applicants for the Head of Experiential Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in experiential or B2B event marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, data-driven experiential programs and be adept at performance measurement and reporting on event ROI. Strong skills in strategic event planning, influencer strategy, and market research are essential. The role requires a leader with a data-informed approach, hands-on event experience, and a passion for team leadership. The Head of Experiential Marketing will be expected to be a strategic advisor, foster cross-functional collaboration, and be willing to travel up to 20%.
