Job Summary

The Lead Analyst – SAP Master Data Governance & Management will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP master data governance processes and procedures. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and offshore business partners to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data. The Lead Analyst will also provide coaching and cross-training to team members, support the Data Management Office (DMO) vision, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration (10%): Develop and recommend solutions, build trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams, and gather input and feedback concerning business needs.
  • Continuous Improvements & Controls (10%): Participate in the continuous improvement of FBS processes, develop scalable solutions, ensure proper documentation, and work closely with compliance and controls teams.
  • Operational Duties & Oversight (60%): Coordinate execution by a small team, collaborate with other teams, build and propose solutions for internal or external customers, foster continuous improvement and innovation, and ensure execution of controls.
  • People Management & Team Leadership (20%): Provide guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts, evaluate execution and contribution, support timely feedback, and foster collaboration with team members.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent).
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a related field, with 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Permit: Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a related field, with 2+ years of experience in SAP master data governance, data analytics, and visualization software (Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx).
  • Education: Master's degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent).
  • Certifications: SAP certifications (MM, FI, SD, etc.) or data management certifications.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel competencies (External Queries [SQL], PowerPivot, large dataset manipulation, SAP exports and Excel conversions).
