As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
 - Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
 - Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
 - Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
 - Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
 - Providing feedback on call issues
 - Upselling if required
 
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:- 6 months Customer Service Experience preferred
 - Over 18 years of age
 - Ability to type 25 wpm
 - High School Graduate or GED
 - Comfort with desktop computer systems
 - Proven oral and written communication skills
 - Logical problem-solving skills
 - Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
 - Organization and work prioritization skills
 - Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
