Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, including prescriptions, to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Order Processing and Returns: Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain precise records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with relevant software and technology.
  • Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Experience in Healthcare or Retail: Previous experience in healthcare or retail is preferred.
