What You'll Do

- Engage with Pharmacy Customers: You'll interact with customers who contact us via inbound calls and other communication platforms, responding to their questions and concerns with empathy and expertise.
- Research and Problem-Solve: You'll research and resolve customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

What You'll Need
To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at Blithequark, you'll need:
- 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to Multi-Task and Think Critically: You'll need to be able to juggle multiple tasks, think on your feet, and provide creative solutions to customer issues.
- Flexibility to Shift Schedule and Work Overtime: As needed, you'll need to be able to adjust your schedule and work overtime to meet business demands.
- Background Check for KY Rx Tech License: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
