About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience, leveraging your superior customer service skills and enthusiasm for technology to ensure our customers enjoy America's fastest and most reliable network. You'll be the trusted advisor, the problem solver, and the guide that our customers rely on when they have questions or issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing requests related to installation, disconnection, or changes to their service with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer blithequark's products and services that meet those needs, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues, ensuring a fair and satisfactory resolution.
  • Provide detailed information and support regarding blithequark's products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of service orders and make necessary corrections or changes.
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills with sensitivity and professionalism, balancing customer satisfaction with business needs.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts, as required by the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll need a dedication to customer service excellence, coupled with excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. While not mandatory, having a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, customer service call center experience, and previous collections experience will make you an even more competitive candidate.

  • Residing within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the duration of the contract.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service call center.
  • Experience in collections.
