Your Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives.
- Assisting Policy Holders: Help policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes.
- Providing Recommendations: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holders' needs.
- Adhering to Guidelines: Follow company and departmental guidelines to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative with Teleperformance, you will need:
- 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Age and Education: Be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED.
- Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 wpm.
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Availability to work various shifts.
- Organization and Prioritization: Organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with Teleperformance, you will need:
- Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace.
