About the Role

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life. No two days will be the same, and you will have the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues
  • Advise First-Level Representatives: Provide guidance on high-level issues
  • Assist Policy Holders with Billing Questions: Respond to policy holders' billing inquiries and concerns
  • Support Policy Holders with Policy Changes: Provide support to policy holders with policy changes and recommendations
  • Adjust as Necessary: Make adjustments to policy holders' accounts as needed

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Age 18+: You must be over 18 years of age
  • Typing Speed of 25 WPM: Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED: High school graduate or equivalent
  • Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: Comfortable working with desktop computer systems
  • Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
  • 6 Months of Call Center Experience (Preferred): Preferred but not required
  • Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think logically and solve problems
  • Availability to Work Various Shifts: Flexible schedule
  • Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with Teleperformance, you will need:

  • Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP Requirements: No packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: A dedicated workspace that is clean and quiet
