About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity team as a remote employee. As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You'll work closely with our global team to perform proactive data audits, process equity transactions, and provide support for equity plan management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
  • Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching Share awards
  • Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
  • Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders
  • Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
  • Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
  • Review and maintain equity management policies and documentation
  • Perform other equity plan management tasks, as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations
