What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Verizon, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service or sales experience
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays)
- A private workspace free of distractions, meeting Verizon's home office requirements
- Location in the state of Florida
