Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and caring Therapist to join our team! As a licensed clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual, family, or couples therapy in a hybrid remote and in-person setting. While you can work remotely, you must be able to conduct sessions in person in the state of Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly individual, family, or couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to drive positive outcomes
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client, tailored to their unique needs and goals
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic treatment approaches, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team
- Collaborate with our team of therapists, sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to drive excellence in care
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions, enhancing your skills and staying current with industry developments
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or MFT, with a strong foundation in outpatient therapy
- Outpatient therapy experience (preferably 3+ years) working with adults, children, or adolescents, providing individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy
- Proven experience delivering high-quality outpatient clinical services, with a passion for providing valuable services to clients
- Ability to provide a minimum of 15 hours per week, some of which must be afternoon or evening hours, of fee-for-service client care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and our team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
