Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team within the Subscriber Operations function. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing subscriber adjustments across the Disney Streaming portfolio, ensuring accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, and identifying subscribers impacted by incidents requiring timely and lawful remediations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data requirements connected with subscriber informing drives, including cost increments, endorser arrangements, and new information being gathered, as well as episode remediation, to ensure the right clients receive discounts when required.
• Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes lawfully committing, to determine precise companions of supporters for informing and remediation.
• Communicate business requirements to specialized groups and provide compact rundowns of specialized progress or detours to business partners.
• Foster a deep understanding of subscriber adjusts and the specialized framework that underlies endorser information.
• Oversee project planning and timetables, and manage cross-practical conveyance to guarantee preparation for significant business occasions.
• Drive arrangement across Information, Business Tasks, and Money through the improvement of solid correspondence processes and functional playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the plan of strong revealing arrangements that limit information occurrences.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL handling pipeline.
• 2+ years of analytical experience, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey specialized or potentially logical ideas to a wide arrangement of crowds.
• Knowledge of Python/R or other factual programming dialects.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Scene, Looker, Chartio, and so forth.
• Strong relational abilities, as well as composed and verbal show abilities.
