About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity team as a remote employee. As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in supporting the administration of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your primary responsibilities will include performing proactive data audits, processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching Share awards, and reviewing equity transaction activity to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of PSU, RSU, and stock purchase plan Matching Share awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities
- Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity administration procedures and documentation
- Perform other equity plan administration tasks as requested
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field
- Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
