Job Summary: Data Entry Clerk - Remote
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key player in our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining information in our databases, providing exceptional support to our clients, and contributing to the smooth operation of our business. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Documentation: Prepare documentation for filing and associated correspondence, update and maintain information in our databases, and ensure accurate data entry.
- File Management: Organize file documents in accordance with our naming protocols, prepare and review files for completeness, and follow up on outstanding documents.
- Communication and Liaising: Respond to queries and requests from creditors and debtors, liaise with the administration team, and communicate with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information, and perform relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, and house valuations.
- Calculations and Analysis: Calculate income and surplus income obligations, and perform relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions.
- Document Preparation: Create all documents required for signature, review sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and prepare documents for DocuSign.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Essential Qualifications:
- Data Entry Experience: Proven experience performing data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to learn computer software quickly.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others.
- Independence and Efficiency: Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a debt solution or financial services environment.
