Job Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst 2 - Telecommute, you will be responsible for:
- Developing marketing reporting and analysis data infrastructure for Government Programs
- Executing and maintaining marketing forecasting, tracking, and reporting processes
- Identifying new data points to enhance analytic capabilities and converting them into actionable information
- Driving the implementation of a Government Programs view of consumer into reporting and forecasting
- Predicting emerging customer needs and developing innovative solutions to address them
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain marketing reporting and analysis data infrastructure for Government Programs, including data modeling, data quality, and data visualization.
- Forecasting and Tracking: Execute and maintain marketing forecasting, tracking, and reporting processes, including developing and maintaining forecasting models and reports.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Identify new data points to enhance analytic capabilities and convert them into actionable information, including analyzing large datasets and developing insights and recommendations.
- Consumer View: Drive the implementation of a Government Programs view of consumer into reporting and forecasting, including developing and maintaining consumer profiles and segmentation models.
- Innovative Solutions: Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to address them, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
What We Require
To be successful as a Data Analyst 2 - Telecommute, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in building marketing data and analysis capabilities, and 3+ years of experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data analytics).
- Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks, and advanced knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and collaborate effectively across a matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Database Marketing: 3+ years of database marketing and project management experience within a matrix organization.
- Forecasting and Telemarketing: Experience with forecasting marketing or telemarketing campaigns.
- Adobe Experience: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Proven organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity.
