Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our fully-remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live customer support to contest entrants via email and live chat features (Zendesk and Intercom)
  • Handle support requests, escalate issues to the relevant parties, and ensure timely resolutions
  • Monitor for critical site issues, escalate to the proper channels, and collaborate with teams to resolve problems quickly
  • Resolve user inquiries related to sporting rules, account and billing issues, and provide clear, concise responses
  • Verify user identities during sign-up, address gameplay questions, and respond to withdrawal status inquiries
  • Collaborate with the support team to develop knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other resources to enhance customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or operations role, preferably in sports, tech, or a start-up environment
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for sports, sports gaming, and technology
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise responses
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong internet connection and reliability, with the ability to work in a fully-remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Customer Support tools like Zendesk and Intercom
  • Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, gaming tools, systems, and reports
  • Familiarity with sports betting and online gaming regulations
