Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing guidance, support, and solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will engage with customers via live chat on our website or social media accounts, answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via live chat on our website or social media accounts, providing timely and effective support and solutions.
  • Question Resolution: Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Independent Work: Work independently in a remote environment, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and solutions, and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Device and Internet: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop), and a reliable internet connection.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in your work.
  • Availability: Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
