Experienced Customer Service Representative – Fully Remote Opportunity with National Campaigns Unit

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our National Campaigns Unit, which provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients.
Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses related to shareholder communications. Specifically, you will be working on a contested proxy meeting, where you will need to communicate effectively with shareholders to provide accurate information and direct them on how to vote. Your goal will be to convey the message that the information received from the other side is not accurate and that management has the best interest of the shareholders in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email responses, in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to shareholders regarding the contested proxy meeting
- Direct shareholders on how to vote and provide instructions on the voting process
- Address concerns and questions from shareholders in a clear and concise manner
- Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related experience
- A good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Equipment Requirements
To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment:
- A MacBook (with a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) computer
- USB headsets (no wireless)
- Dual monitors (beneficial but not required)
- Internet speed of at least 50 download/10 upload
- Ability to come off mute when called on, have materials open, and participate in chat when asked to complete a task
