About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter who shares our entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about making an impact in the ecommerce industry. As a Contract Technical Recruiter at Scalable, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across our Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design teams. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business needs and job requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specifications and desired qualifications for each position
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System and produce reports on all phases of the recruitment process
- Lead recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost-effective
- Manage and enhance the candidate experience, including providing status updates, scheduling interviews, and making travel arrangements
- Conduct reference and background checks and prepare job offers
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at leading startups or technology companies
- A proven track record of sourcing passive candidates that become hires
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- A strong commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Essential Qualifications
