Job Overview
As a Clinical Network Recruiter I, you will be responsible for making outbound sales-type calls to prospective practitioners to encourage participation in our Clinical programs. You will be the primary point of contact for practitioners, providing them with information about our programs and contracts, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This is a unique opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills, work independently, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Interfaces with various practitioner types to promote American Specialty Health and execute practitioner contracts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth.
 - Makes outbound telephone calls to prospective practitioner types, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies to achieve recruitment goals.
 - Meets the minimum required outbound calls per day and per week, as specified by management, and submits weekly activity reports to Supervisor as requested.
 - Utilizes contact management database to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
 - Adheres to standards and practices as outlined in the Practitioner Contracting/Communications Incentive Guidelines, ensuring compliance and excellence in all interactions.
 - Meets (minimum) monthly recruitment goals for applications received, as specified by management, and provides regular updates on progress.
 - Provides all applicable Agreements and Links to practitioners to review, utilizing ASHlink and other ASH resources, and supports department by assisting on special projects as directed.
 - Participates in formal/informal training and team meetings, staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives.
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience. If equivalent experience, a high school diploma is required.
 - A minimum of one year of experience in outbound sales and/or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
 - Strong verbal/telephone communication skills, with a focus on reaching decision-makers and building rapport with practitioners.
 - Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn and utilize other software applications as needed.
 - Organized, results-oriented, and a team player, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 - Demonstrated skill sets for knowledge and sales relationship building, including the ability to qualify clinical practitioners based on documented criteria, field and handle typical objections, and present information in a clear and concise format.
