 - Provide patients with comprehensive information about our services, products, and procedures to enhance their understanding and confidence in their eye care experience.
 - Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
 - Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care and support.
 
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.
 - Proficient data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter patient information into our systems.
 - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with software applications and hardware; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.
