Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound and inbound calls to solicit donations, promote charitable causes, and build relationships with donors.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to persuade and inform call recipients about our charitable programs.
  • Meet and exceed fundraising goals and performance metrics, leveraging a results-driven approach.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, adapting to new challenges and feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge about our charitable partners and programs.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or previous call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software and technology.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive, flexible attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, telephone sales, or a related call center role.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A starting pay of $15 per hour for full-time positions, with a base of $13 per hour plus a $2 per hour bonus for working 40 hours.
  • Performance bonus opportunities of up to $10-$12 per hour, with over $670,000 paid out in bonuses to our agents in 2023.
