The Role: Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. With a proven track record in IT services or IT staffing sales, you'll be responsible for leading the sales process from initial contact to final contract, ensuring alignment with client needs, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual deal closure and revenue growth targets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competition, and client feedback to provide insights for strategic growth initiatives.
  • Multi-channel Strategy: Implement and refine a multi-channel lead generation strategy using digital marketing, outbound campaigns, and networking to maximize business opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in business development, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an IT services or IT staffing firm. You should have a proven track record of driving growth, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding targets in international markets.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on IT services or IT staffing sales.
