We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns. As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:- Handling all incoming customer issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
 - Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
 - Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and providing updates to customers as needed.
 - Anticipating and mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
 - Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
 - Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:- Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.
 - Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and support.
 - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to train in Salesforce.
 - Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, with the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
 - A High School Diploma or GED.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
 - Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations.
 - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
