Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Typing Test: You must pass a typing test with a speed of 40 wpm or higher.
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 Years of Work Experience: You should have 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting.
- Office Work Environment: You should be comfortable working in an office environment, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Basic PC/Internet Skills: You should have introductory knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to Sit or Stand for Long Periods: You should be able to sit or stand for long periods, as needed.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: You should be able to work independently and remain self-motivated, with a strong ability to problem-solve.
- Excellent Customer Service and Organization Skills: You should possess great customer service skills and excellent organizational abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Processor, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: You'll perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements.
- Manual Identification of Forms: You'll manually identify and classify different types of forms (MEDI).
- Document Classification: You'll classify documents based on client's requirements.
- Task Completion: You'll work on different tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other DE tasks, based on established procedures and guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: You'll be able to problem-solve, self-guided, with a close degree of supervision.
- Compliance: You'll comply with company policies and standards.
