Our Customer Care Representatives are the voice of Sub-Zero Group, Inc. They're dedicated and passionate about supporting our luxury appliance brands, taking calls from product owners and prospects, service and installation partners, dealers, and product distributors. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Initial Onsite Training**: You'll be required to attend onsite training in Goodyear, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday. The training schedule will be as follows:
+ Month One: 8:00am - 5:00 p.m.
+ Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the voice of Sub-Zero Group, Inc., and you'll need to exhibit excellent customer service skills while providing professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to customers and field partners.
* **Multitasking**: You'll need to efficiently and simultaneously access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers.
* **Problem-Solving and Negotiation**: You'll need to skillfully communicate to understand the initial issue, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve the customer's concern.
* **Educating Customers**: You'll answer use and care questions while educating our customers to maximize their enjoyment and use of our innovative line of products.
* **Ensuring Customer Satisfaction**: You'll ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service that includes negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer/company.
**Experience and Qualifications**
We're looking for candidates with:
* **Exceptional Customer Service Skills**: You'll need to have a polished and professional style and delivery.
* **Intermediate Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills**: You'll need to be able to skillfully communicate to understand the initial issue, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve the customer's concern.
* **Education**: A Bachelor's degree or other advanced education is a plus, but a high school diploma or GED is a must.
* **Experience**: A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience is required, with product support experience preferred.
* **Availability**: You'll need to be available to work a part-time schedule of 25-29 hours per week, with days and times varying each week.
