Job Summary

As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse and the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing backorders, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with SAP or Salesforce, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assure and improve communication between the warehouse and the Customer Service team
  • Process orders, including order input in SAP, sending order confirmations to customers, and monitoring backorders
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information on deliveries, delays, and problems, and respond to customer complaints
  • Manage and resolve non-conformities and complaints, including issuing internal complaints and RMAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Warehouse, and Supply & Demand, to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer details in Salesforce and SAP
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a service-oriented manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer-oriented experience with a focus on details
  • PC skills – MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience in international calls
  • SAP or Salesforce experience is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Familiarity with building products or technologies
  • Experience working in a global or multinational company
