About the Role
As a Technical Support Associate I, you'll respond to basic and routine technical inquiries related to QuickBooks, including hardware, software, and networking issues. Your primary goal will be to assist external users by answering questions and resolving problems, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service that meets our contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with QuickBooks-related queries, researching and providing resolutions to technical issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems, including hardware, software, and networking issues, using conceptual thinking skills
- Ensure that the service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with customers
- Prepare accurate and complete work, including notating accounts as required, and participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
- Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as a team member, to achieve shared goals
Essential Qualifications and Skills

In terms of education, you'll need a high school diploma or GED, and you must be at least 18 years old.
