About Your Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, you'll be the face and voice of our clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction. Your Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • Handle and Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and a deep understanding of our clients' products and services.
  • Work with Confidential Information: Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion, maintaining the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
  • Resolve Issues on the First Call: Proactively work to resolve customer issues on the first call, minimizing the need for escalation and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, using a tone that is friendly, approachable, and professional.
  • De-escalate Issues: Calmly and professionally de-escalate customer complaints, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Escalate Interactions When Necessary: Escalate interactions to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring that complex issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
  • Track Call-Related Information: Accurately track and record call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
  • Provide Feedback on Call Issues: Provide constructive feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience is preferred, although we're happy to consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right skills and attitude.
  • Age and Education: You must be over 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Technical Skills: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems, typing at a minimum speed of 25 wpm, and navigating Windows operating systems.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.
  • Remote Work Requirements: To work from home successfully, you'll need a reliable internet connection (minimum download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps), a clean and quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications: What Will Set You Apart

While not essential, the following qualifications will set you apart from other candidates:

  • Previous Experience in a Similar Role: Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related field will be an asset.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems, will be beneficial.
