Job Summary

As an Association Engagement Specialist, Vertical Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Egnyte's brand presence by partnering with industry associations and trade groups. You'll work closely with Vertical Practice Leaders, Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to drive engagement, build lasting relationships with industry leaders, and support event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reinforce Egnyte's Industry Presence: Provide relevant content to industry associations, showcasing Egnyte as a trusted solution and partner.
  • Association Engagement and Partnerships: Identify and engage with new industry associations, assess mutually beneficial partnerships, and cultivate relationships with existing associations.
  • Field Marketing Activities: Support Association-driven webinars, in-person events, and logistics, including event material shipping and staff registration.
  • Industry Support Program: Sign up qualified associations and chapters, assist with onboarding and training, and ensure full adoption.
  • Administrative Activities: Oversee administrative tasks, including legal review, PO creation, and approval for association-related activities.
  • Thought Leadership and Speaking Opportunities: Identify and oversee submission opportunities for Vertical SMEs to speak at industry events.
  • Event Briefs and Planning: Create event briefs and support event planning, ensuring seamless execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Association or Club Management Experience: Familiarity with association or club management, or equivalent experience in project management, business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Event Logistics and Planning: Practical experience with managing event logistics and plans.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across departments and geographies.
  • Initiative and Time Management: Ability to take initiative, complete projects in a timely manner, and work with minimal oversight.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 1-4 times per quarter, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific organizations, such as AGC, CFMA, CDISC, or ABA (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Financial Services, and Life Sciences).

  • Competitive Salary: The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $65k - $85k annually.
