Job Summary:

We're seeking 3 new team members to join our Appointment Setter team by the end of this week. As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a critical role in our organization's success, working closely with our clients and team members to schedule appointments and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career or transition into a new field, as we provide comprehensive training from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to schedule appointments and follow up on existing leads
  • Utilize our proprietary software to manage and update customer information, track interactions, and analyze data
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
