The Role: Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional

As a Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues related to our American Express Business Line of Credit and banking products. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Account Servicing: Perform account maintenance, transactions, and financial inquiries for our American Express Business Line of Credit and banking products.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve client issues, identify solutions, and escalate complex problems to senior support teams.
  • Customer Experience: Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, adhering to our Customer First philosophy and servicing model.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines associated with servicing practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer service, with a passion for building customer loyalty through active listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in a customer support environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven setting.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple servicing platforms, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage change and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Servicing Experience: Experience in financial servicing, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
