Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is essential for success in this role
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary, including experience with software applications, operating systems, and other technology tools
