Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from images into our data capture system with high accuracy and speed
• Input data in the prescribed format, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems
• Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and scan and edit for errors during entry
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as posting payments, preparing deposits, NSF processing, credit card processing, and daily activity balancing
• Maintain incoming and outgoing mail, and enter new business data as time permits
• Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system
• Review open tickets to determine the outcome of Help Desk interactions and email responses to customers
• Ensure that all tickets are closed out quickly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have:

• Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience in a technology company or busy online retailer
• Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working on a computer all day, with the ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise emails to customers

Preferred Qualifications
