Executive Job Search & Research Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
I am a US-based startup founder and executive beginning a targeted search for my next senior leadership role. I am looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support the administrative and research components of this search.
This is a part-time, project-based role with an initial estimate of 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for more as the search progresses. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who is fluent in English and has experience supporting senior-level executives.
Responsibilities:
Job Sourcing: Search LinkedIn, Indeed, and other specified job boards for senior-level roles (e.g., Head of Strategy, GM, VP Product) based on a detailed set of criteria I will provide.
Company & Contact Research: For a target list of companies, identify key executives (e.g., Hiring Managers, VPs, C-suite) and find their corporate email addresses using standard online tools.
Application Data Entry: Take finalized, tailored resume text and accurately fill out the required fields in online application portals (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
Tracker Management: Maintain and meticulously update a Google Sheets job tracker with all search activities, application dates, and links.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent (near-native) written and verbal English proficiency.
Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Researcher.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and LinkedIn (experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus).
Familiarity with online application systems (ATS) like Workday is a major plus.
Absolute discretion and the ability to handle confidential career information.
