About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our Commitment Investigation team, where you will play a critical role in transforming data into insights and driving business decisions that shape the strategic direction of our organization. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development of our reporting strategy and data approach, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes, and driving the adoption of analytics as a key value driver across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy that provides actionable insights and drives business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and address business needs, and develop solutions that drive business outcomes
• Lead the development of data visualizations and reporting tools, including the creation of dashboards and metrics that inform business decisions
• Drive the adoption of analytics as a key value driver across our organization, and develop strategies to increase the use of data-driven insights in business decision-making
• Develop and maintain a single source of truth for key metrics and KPIs, and ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent across the organization
• Collaborate with our Management team to define and normalize metrics, and develop a data governance framework that ensures data quality and integrity

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Math, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a leadership role
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools, including Tableau, Looker, Chartio, and others
• Strong expertise in SQL, and experience with SparkSQL, Hive, and other big data technologies
• Experience with OLAP databases, including Snowflake or Redshift
• Strong project and resource management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $136,100 to $182,400 per year, depending on location and experience.
