About the Role
As an Integrated Customer Services Agent, you will be part of our Frankfurt Airport Customer Services team, supporting a group of Lead Specialists in delivering a safe and high-quality airport experience to our customers. You will be responsible for providing consistently high-quality customer care and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Your duties will include performing a range of airport-related tasks, such as check-in and security, gates, transfers, and arrivals, as well as conducting security checks and screenings. You will work closely with our Lead Specialists and take direction from them to ensure the smooth operation of our airport services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently high-quality customer care and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
 - Perform a range of airport-related tasks, including check-in and security, gates, transfers, and arrivals
 - Conduct security checks and screenings, including checking passengers' documents and screening passengers at check-in and at the flight gate
 - Search and observe all areas of the operation and passengers, as well as accompany passengers as needed
 - Work closely with and take direction from Lead Specialists responsible for the flight/workspaces/shift
 - Lead administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure
 - Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
 - Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to our customers
 - Participate in and complete all mandatory training by given deadlines
 - Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
 - Complete any other reasonable duties consistent with the post
 
Requirements for Success

You should be results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our passengers. You should also be flexible and able to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
 - Results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
 - Flexible and able to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
 - Able to communicate both written and verbally in English and German
 - Excellent skills in identified areas of Customer Services
 - Willing and able to attend training in the USA and Europe and successfully complete all relevant training
 
Preferred Qualifications
- PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
 - Saber/Qik or other reservation system skills
 - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry
