Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Functional Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing exceptional customer support. Your expertise in SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation and ensuring seamless integration of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Dissects and conveys complex cross-functional business requirements and process streams.
- Performs gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, and makes recommendations on areas for continuous improvement.
- Executes and drives the development of technical specifications by collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, translating functional plans into technical plans, approving high-level plans, and reviewing low-level plans.

- Plans, develops, and executes testing protocols to include: unit testing, integration testing, and system testing, as driven by requirements.
- Performs system and data analysis to determine functional plan requirements and determine how the system should function and how changes in conditions, tasks, and the environment will impact results.
- Assists colleagues in developing and fostering the skills necessary to understand application concepts and tool suites.
- Makes, defines, drives, and executes on a case-by-case basis, the implementation of configurations across applications and interfaces.
- Assists colleagues in developing and fostering the skills necessary to evoke and translate requirements into functional plans.
- Identifies and resolves issues frequently anticipating issues before they occur or before they escalate; creates and evaluates options and executes solutions.
- Creates and ensures adherence to standards of principles, best practices, services, and templates.
- Obtains and maintains a strong understanding of Acquisition processes both strategic (e.g., vendor management, spend analysis, strategic sourcing, vendor onboarding, contracting) and tactical (e.g., MRP, demanding, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and payment).
- Responds to requests from IT and Business teams. Works from detailed, documented business requirements in the context of target business outcomes. Considers business processes, data, business-client, and technology.
- Collaborates with both IT and Colleagues to explain requirements and to facilitate development. Confirms solution proposals for business necessity inclusion.
- Supports delivery of projects and improvements. Explains requirements and performs supporting design as needed. Participates in and reviews solution plans. Mentors business teams on data exercises and UAT.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years' experience in SAP Ariba.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical analysis or equivalent experience and a commitment to applying proper skills and work to meet expectations.
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to investigate and provide solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Shown strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated history of successful execution, delivery of tasks, and working cross-functionally with business and IS.
- Previous experience in a Lithe environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good understanding of corporate IT strategies, techniques, and principles.

Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience on SAP or other ERP implementation projects.
- 2-5 years' experience in the Costco business.
- Proficiency in the use of Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, and presentation.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Carts+) Portfolio and Program Management module.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or Ariba software/frameworks.
