About This Opportunity

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (OK) to join our team remotely. As a key member of our Public Branch Relationship team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences, building relationships, and promoting suitable products, services, and automated solutions to help clients achieve financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding client experiences by proactively building relationships and proposing relevant products, services, and automated solutions to help clients succeed financially.
  • Assist clients with general inquiries related to opening new accounts, completing banking requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Receive guidance from leaders and exercise judgment within established policies and procedures.
  • Support the understanding of bank products and services to meet clients' needs.
  • Help clients understand and gather information about banking products and services.
  • Provide informed decisions on banking products and services to clients.
  • Identify clients' financial needs and refer them to various subject matter experts and partners as needed.
  • This Safeguarded position has client contact and job responsibilities which could include the origination/battle of terms or maybe taking an application for a home equity loan. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act Allowing Show of 2008 and generally related rules. Reliable work is likely to meet each such principle, including satisfactory background investigation results. Individuals in a Protected position also must meet the Credit Originator requirements under Rule Z (LO) outlined in the job questions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ extensive stretches of Talking with Clients experience, or comparable experience gained through a combination of work experience, education, military experience, or leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Client helps focus on experience managing complex trades across various systems.
  • Experience proactively attracting clients through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to plan and service clients to promote and explain the value of versatile financial decisions.
  • Ability to help clients succeed financially by offering additional services as fitting.
  • Experience working with others in a team to address client issues.
  • Experience engaging and making strong client relationships.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with inside partners.
  • Ability to follow strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to recognize anticipated fraud/dangerous accounts and take certified action to prevent catastrophe.
  • Ability to converse with reasonableness and professionalism with clients and partners.
