Your Impact as a Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via telephone, email, or instant message. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our clients' businesses and their customers' satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to customers via telephone, email, or instant message
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment
- Escalate more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support Specialist
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause of the problem, and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems
- Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information
- Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
- Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
