Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure work space free from distractions
  • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be highly valued:

  • 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field
  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus
