About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Grove Realty, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients and team members. Your primary focus will be on building genuine connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism, and delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Inquiry Handling and Issue Resolution: Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Property and Appointment Coordination: Assist clients with property-related inquiries, coordinate appointments and property viewings with our team of real estate agents, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
  • Record Keeping and Follow-up: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Administrative Teams: Work closely with our sales and administrative teams to provide a cohesive and positive experience for our clients at every step of the process.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a genuine passion for helping others (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm, engaging demeanor and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
