Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at OneSupport, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
  • Following up on client cases to ensure that customers receive the support they need, and that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues, and escalating matters to senior representatives or management when necessary.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, while also ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, to continually improve our customer service experience.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills. The essential qualifications include:

  • A computer with a validated copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old).
  • A USB headset and webcam, as well as at least one 15" or larger monitor.
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection is preferred.
  • The ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy, and manual dexterity to navigate various software applications.
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace, where you can focus on providing exceptional customer service.

In addition to these technical requirements, we're looking for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, where you've had to handle complex customer issues and concerns.
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
